## Overview

As lead developer, I managed the team and architected the creation of six different merchandise stores for ID&T's festival brands, including **Thunderdome, Decibel, and Q-dance**, all running from a single shared codebase.

The key technical challenge was implementing a single sign-on (SSO) service across all Shopify stores, giving fans a seamless experience when shopping across different festival brands.

The single-codebase architecture significantly reduced maintenance overhead and enabled rapid deployment of new stores.
